Potato Wedges

Ingredients:  (Serves 4 people)

4 medium to large potatoes.

BBQ seasoning (if to taste)

Olive Oil.

Method

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedge shapes and place in a pan of boiling water.
  2. Boil potatoes until soft but not falling apart.
  3. Once cooked, place in a roasting tin and sprinkle the wedges with oil and seasoning.
  4. Place in the oven (preheated) at 200c and cook for about 35 minutes or until soft in the centre but golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
  5. Serve (hot) immediately.
