My name is Jayden Spurgeon and I am person who is very keen in food and cooking and a person who loves the kitchen!  I have always been interested in world cuisines, but I feel that people know a lot about common cuisines seen regularly in the UK, such as India, America, Germany or France and other such countries, but I felt that Sweden could be overlooked but it has an awesome cuisine of its own.

I want people to experience quality in products from Taste of Sweden which is something we aspire to achieve, showing the reasons for each product being a marginally larger investment than something ‘regular’ you would buy in the supermarket.

The initial product from Taste of Sweden, was the Original Swedish hamburger.  This is something that particularly inspired me into Swedish cuisine along with the wonderful Swedish meatballs.  The burgers and meatballs have an awesome and yet unique flavour which is part of their Swedish influence.
