Potato Wedges
Ingredients: (Serves 4 people)
4 medium to large potatoes.
BBQ seasoning (if to taste)
Olive Oil.
Method
- Wash the potatoes and cut into wedge shapes and place in a pan of boiling water.
- Boil potatoes until soft but not falling apart.
- Once cooked, place in a roasting tin and sprinkle the wedges with oil and seasoning.
- Place in the oven (preheated) at 200c and cook for about 35 minutes or until soft in the centre but golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
- Serve (hot) immediately.
