Ingredients:  (Serves 4)

60g (2oz) Ketchup.

1 tablespoon – dark soft brown sugar.

1 tablespoon – Worcester sauce.

1 teaspoon – cider vinegar.

A dash of a hot sauce (if to taste).

1 clove of garlic minced very finely (if to taste).

Pinch of mustard powder.

Method

1. Simply mix all the ingredients together very well in a bowl.
2. Place in a dish to serve.
