Best Slaw
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
70ml – Mayonnaise.
70ml – Yogurt.
Half a head of White Cabbage.
Half a head of Red Cabbage.
1 carrot.
1 apple.
Half a green pepper.
Salt and pepper.
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt in a dish and place in the fridge.
- Wash and finely chop the cabbage, apple and the pepper and place in the dish of mayonnaise and yogurt.
- Peel and grate the carrot and place in the dish with the rest of the ingredients.
- Finalise any seasoning and place in the fridge until serving.
